Led by Marisa Burgess, coach for women and hypnotherapist, and Naianna Robertsson, neuroscientist and meditation expert, this intimate day retreat blends science and soul to create a space that is both deeply informative and profoundly restorative.
Through guided practices, nervous-system education, and gentle reflection, you’ll be supported to slow down, reconnect, and reset — leaving grounded, clear, and resourced.
