Hi, I’m Naianna—a mother, neuroscientist, meditation teacher and guide in mindful, science-rooted healing.
After the birth of my first child, I spiraled into deep exhaustion and depression. With no support system, unprocessed trauma and my nervous system stuck in survival mode, I turned to neuroscience—not as theory, but as a lifeline. I began healing through the lens of brain chemistry, nervous system regulation, and self-compassion. Now, I help others rewire a nervous system stuck on survival mode and reconnect with themselves through simple (but powerful), embodied, neuroscience-backed practices.
